HIGH SCHOOL OPEN GYM

Come and get your Game on.

Play Hoops, Team Handball, Mini Lax or just hit the wall.

The Gym at Lake Washington HS will be open for drop in play.

Come sweat and compete with your fellow  KANGS Laxers.

*most dates are in the Auxilary gym, through the main gym.

October 10th 6:30- 8pm

Oct. 17th 6 to 8pm

Oct. 24th 6 to 8 pm

Halloween week- OFF

November 7th 6 to 8pm

Nov. 16th 6 to 8pm

Thanksgiving week- OFF

Nov. 30th 6 to 8pm

Dec 5th 6 to 8pm

Dec 13th 6 to 8 pm

Winter break.

This is for All HS players.

Current, Interested/New and Past/ Returning.

  • Fundraising Committee: Seek major sponsors, organize events and drive attendance, auction procurement
  • Facilities Committee: Rental gear, goals, maintenance order, team bins
  • Volunteer Committee: Parent night, score keepers, team parent, program day
  • Technology and Media Committee: Website, player database, registration, social media
  • Field Usage Committee: Obtain time slots, attend Kirkland field meetings

​Wall Ball is the best way to improve your stick skills and every day is a good day to do it.  Coach Dejon has set the following goals for his High School players.  If you want to learn this drill, ask an older Kang or your coach for help.
